Spark Academy is an innovative, mixed-income early child care and learning program setting a high standard of excellence in the community; seeking qualified substitute teachers with high standards to fill in when needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Works in the teacher role in the classroom in the teachers absence.
• Implements caregiving routines.
• Assists in food service including meal set-up and clean-up.
• Performs tasks that promote a clean, safe, fun, and orderly environment.
• Assists children with bathroom procedures.
• Supervises children at all times according to federal, state, and local mandates.
• Physical ability (able to exert up to 30 pounds of force) and dexterity to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.
