Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a high-acuity imaging environment specializing heavily in pediatric care. This role requires a skilled professional who is confident working with neonatal pediatric and adolescent patients as well as adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate will have prior Childrens Hospital experience and must be comfortable performing MRIs on pediatric patients including neonates trauma and stroke cases using Siemens equipment (1.5T and 3T systems).

Key Responsibilities :

Perform high-quality MRI exams on pediatric and adult patients across varied clinical needs.

Safely and effectively operate Siemens 1.5T & 3T MRI scanners.

Adapt scanning techniques for neonates young children and other sensitive patient populations.

Work collaboratively with radiologists nursing teams and other clinical staff.

Ensure patient safety comfort and proper positioning throughout imaging procedures.

Follow all departmental protocols and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Required Qualifications :

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) MRI must be through ARRT; ARMRIT not accepted.

Minimum of 12 years of MRI experience (pediatric experience strongly preferred).

Proficiency with Siemens MRI systems.

Ability to perform exams on patients of all ages including neonates and trauma patients.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience in a Childrens Hospital or dedicated pediatric facility.
