About The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst Credit Ratings, you will make an impact by driving business and system requirements for critical credit rating processes. You will be a valued member of the Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions.

In this role, you will :

• Define and document business and system requirements for credit rating workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business needs and translate them into actionable specifications.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements leveraging new technologies.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT / development teams.
• Support implementation and testing of end-to-end business process flows.

What You Must Have To Be Considered

6+ years of experience with Credit Ratings platforms (ratings review, analysis, scoring).

Proven experience creating business process mapping documents.

Strong experience testing end-to-end business process flows.

Excellent consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills across Product, Business, and Technology.

Fluency with Agile / Scrum delivery.

Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop solutions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction at all levels.

These Will Help You Succeed

Experience with data analytics tools or visualization platforms.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance in credit ratings.

Knowledge of automation tools for process optimization.
