PMI is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing, who is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through paid digital media. This role owns campaign strategy, daily optimization, and budget management across channels including search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging platforms-managing the paid media mix and key performance metrics such as CAC, MER, ROAS, and CVR. Leading a small internal team and agency partners, the Manager is accountable for media execution, budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative testing, messaging, and audience segmentation to drive full-funnel efficiency and growth. This role partners with analytics, brand, web, and demand generation teams to ensure paid investments are insight-led and aligned to business goals. The Manager also leads performance reporting and retrospectives, translating results into clear strategic improvements.
