This position will provide statewide expert-level leadership, direction and support to others and to administer the provisions of the State Building Code by providing enforcement of state and federal regulations pertaining to the licensing of licensed manufactured home manufacturers, dealers, and installers by applying the principals and application of the provisions contained in the States manufactured housing and modular-prefabricated buildings codes as well as certain state and federal statutes and rules. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Four (4) years experience working in the construction industry that includes :
• Experience performing field inspections and / or plan reviews on projects that are equivalent to those regulated by the Construction Codes and Licensing Division.
• Must obtain a State of Minnesota Building Official certification within twelve (12) months of hire.
