Full job description

This role will be accountable for the implementation of existing document control specifications. Assist all departments with scanning documentation and digitally maintaining files.

• Maintain detailed company records
• Create documentation requested by all departments
• Create and file data packs as needed
• Scan all documents in specified files
• Create notes and documentation
• Shred paperwork once filed correctly
• General administrative and clerical support
• Work closely with all departments
• All other duties assigned

The main office is located in Alexandria, LA.

The hours can be flexible part time or full time.
