Our customer in Goshen, IN is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role supporting one of the company's largest divisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong cost accounting expertise with the ability to partner closely with operations and leadership to drive cost savings and improve margins.

Key responsibilities :

• Maintain labor and overhead rates, inventory valuation, and product costing.
• Support month-end close and conduct detailed margin / variance analysis.
• Explain cost differences between product lines and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced, tenured team in a no-direct-reports role.
