Job description

Research And Development Project Integrator

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Research and Development Project Integrator to support the Microwave Technologies and Systems Development Operation. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operation Manager and Program Managers, attending meetings, tracking technical, programmatic, and schedule goals, and coordinating actions across multiple projects. This role also includes project management responsibilities with growth into program management. This role is highly collaborative and will require close daily interaction with leadership, program managers, engineers, and support staff to develop Directed Energy technologies.

The Project Integrator will :

  • Partner with the Operation Manager and Program Managers to oversee execution of technical, schedule, and budget objectives across multiple programs.
  • Serve as deputy program manager on select efforts, supporting customer engagement, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Attend and support internal and external meetings, documenting discussions, generating action items, and ensuring closure.
  • Manage integrated project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk registers.
  • Track progress against technical and programmatic milestones; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver program documentation, including customer reports, program management review (PMR) charts, contract deliverables, and proposals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for proposals, customer data calls, and program reviews.
  • Act as a point of contact between technical teams, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, business, or project management field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Please include GPA on your resume to be considered for the position)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience in DoD project or program management.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management, preferably in an R&D or engineering environment.
  • Experience supporting senior technical leaders or program managers.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and processes (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, or similar).
  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
