We are seeking a qualified and caring Orthodontics Assistant to join our team! As a ORTHO Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch Orthodontic care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the Orthodontist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has a current license and at least two years of experience. If youre friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortableDiscuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they haveDo Orthodontics procedures such as bonding, adjustments.,,etcPrep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and proceduresAdhere to all health and safety regulations and office policiesSchedule appointmentsQualifications
Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)Previous experience as an Ortho assistant [ we can also provide trainig to the apporpiate RDA]Strong computer and data entry skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to provide high-quality patient care
