Construction Laborer

We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team, with responsibilities including loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals, operating equipment, site clean-up, moving materials, and occasionally assisting with printing tasks.

Responsibilities

Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to maintain production goals.

Operate construction equipment regularly, including JCB 510 and Manitu models.

Participate in site clean-up and assist in moving materials.

Collaborate with the team on diverse tasks and projects.

Maintain a team-first mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed.

Willingness to relocate and work at different job sites as required.

Work Environment

The work environment is entirely outdoors, involving construction site activities. Shifts vary from 7 AM to 7 PM for day shifts and 7 PM to 7 AM for night shifts. Flexibility in shift rotation and site assignments is necessary, with guaranteed hours and potential for overtime.

This is a contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
