A company is looking for a Senior Research & Proposals Specialist to lead a team providing sales-cycle and administrative support for insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of Sales Assistants, overseeing training and special projects

Ensure timely and accurate handling of proposals while improving processes and service delivery

Serve as a resource for escalated issues and collaborate with internal partners to enhance customer support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Leadership experience desired

Comprehensive knowledge of compliance policies and insurance products

Familiarity with broker systems and proposal processes
