Key Responsibilities
Ensure strong pipeline creation and health through regular reviews and quick gap fixes
Enforce activity standards and follow-up discipline across the team
Coach representatives to expand account penetration and build multi-threaded relationships
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years in sales, with at least 2 years of experience managing representatives
Experience in promotional products is helpful, but not required
Strong CRM and reporting skills, particularly with HubSpot and commonsku
Ability to implement and enforce activity standards effectively
Experience in performance management and coaching underperformers
