Salary : $404,000 $500,000 annually plus bonus incentives

Relocation : Up to $10,000 provided

Job Description :

Join a physician-led team as a fellowship-trained Cornea Specialist. This role offers professional growth, strong salary potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities :

Provide specialized corneal care along with general ophthalmology services (approx. 60% cornea / 40% general)

Maintain a balanced schedule with one day off every other week

Work in a modern facility with advanced equipment

Participate in collaborative patient care with opportunities for leadership and skill development

Contribute to a supportive team culture

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting salary over $400,000, increasing annually up to $500,000

Bonus incentives up to $470,000 : $220,000 sign-on and up to $250,000 housing assistance

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Pension plan covering up to 50% of income in retirement, plus employer contributions of ~$26,000 / year

401(k) with employer contributions and salary deferral options

Annual performance incentives between $20,000 $27,000

Paid time off : 4 6 weeks including holidays

CME allowance : $5,000 and one week annually

Qualifications :

MD or DO degree with fellowship training in Cornea

Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology

Eligible for California medical license
