You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :
Receive, enter and process customer orders and "share-the-spare" requests from branches, ASCs, FSCs and other service hubResearch lost inventoryCreate TOs for outbound shipments when neededMetric performance reporting as requestedAssist with training as neededPractice 6S and adhere to all safety requirements in work areaTake appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfactionPhysically count components and parts to correlate with in-house inventoryUpdate transactions in Oracle & KorberResponsible for Oracle & Korber discrepancy resolutionOversee cycle count processManage forward picks, parts market slotting and optimizationReview credits, cycle counts, transfer orders, purchase orders and other inventory related transactions and be able to prepare month-end financial reportsConducts daily, detailed research of cycle count variances, providing root causesReports cycle count statuses to include, but not limited to dollar / piece variances, cycle count completion, and inventory accuracy ratingsMaintain inventory integrity for rework projectsSchedule manual cycle counts to support variance researchReceive parts and toolsSupport the MCPS function for reporting receipt quality issues (variances, product quality etc) for both OB and 3PLThe TOOLS you'll bring with you :
High School or GED diploma requiredBasic math (advanced math skills preferred) and computer skills requiredProficient typing and ten key skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeOracle and Korber experience requiredHigh attention to detailPhysical and Weightlifting Demands :
