• Work in teams and get to know the Crew.\n \t
• Improve the quality of store life.\n \t
• Coach others to be their best.\n \t
• Model behavior that supports our values.\n\n\tOther daily responsibilities include : \n \t
• Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.\n \t
• Bagging groceries with care.\n \t
• Stocking shelves and receiving loads.\n \t
• Making the store a welcome place for customers and Crew.\n\n\tIs it you?\n\n\tTo begin your journey and join our Crew as a Mate, we'd want you to have : \n \t
• 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience\n \t
• 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level\n \t
• A high school degree or equivalent\n \t
