Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a positive and dedicated Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining our automated machines and manufacturing equipment. This position will be under the supervision of the Process Engineering Team.

Responsibilities : Maintenance Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Perform routine maintenance for a variety of automated systems, analytical, lab, and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing lab equipment and automated systems
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures, install replacement parts
• Construct parts using machine shop instruments
• Use a variety of tools for completing assigned maintenance tasks and workorders
• Follow procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Log performed maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Install and assemble new machines and automated systems
• Conduct upkeep and monitor building systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to include painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry; maintenance tasks do not involve property maintenance such as landscaping
• Identify and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
