What You'll Be Doing :

  • Apply advanced engineering expertise and electromagnetics knowledge to deliver exceptional technical support and customer solutions, maximizing satisfaction and productivity.
  • Own customer engagements from problem identification to resolution, proactively providing comprehensive electromagnetic solutions and articulating the value proposition of Ansys products.
  • Conduct intermediate and advanced training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers and internal teams, enhancing technical adoption and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to inform product improvements, collaborating closely with Ansys development teams to translate feedback into innovative new features.
  • Test and validate new software releases against real-world industry problems, ensuring reliability and relevance in customer workflows.
  • Participate in internal initiatives to share knowledge, develop best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Travel up to 25% to support customer engagements , training, and collaboration opportunities.

  • What You'll Need :

  • Master's degree (or higher) in electrical engineering with an emphasis on high-frequency electromagnetics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an engineering software environment, with proven proficiency in ANSYS HFSS, SIwave , Q3D Extractor, or similar CAE / EDA tools.
  • Strong expertise in signal and power integrity simulation analyses, including cross-talk , impedance, eye diagrams, power delivery networks, and more.
  • Robust knowledge of circuit-level and timing analysis for signal integrity applications, including familiarity with compliance standards.
  • Experience with package , PCB, and connector design processes, EDA tools, and fundamental high-frequency, microwave, and antenna concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical presentations, webinars, and written documentation in fluent English.
  • Preferred : 5+ years in customer-facing roles (application engineering, consulting, or support) and / or MS+6 / PhD+3 years professional experience.
