The Desktop Support Technician will provide hands-on technical support for both hardware and software systems across the Orchard Ridge campus. This role involves troubleshooting, system administration, and user assistance for Windows and macOS environments, as well as virtual desktop platforms. Candidates should be comfortable resolving issues in person and remotely, documenting solutions, and collaborating within a team-oriented environment. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS
Experience with VMware / Omnissa (including VMware Horizon or related platforms)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Teams)
Skilled in audio / video troubleshooting
Familiarity with Active Directory or Intune for user management
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware / software issues for PCs, projectors, and printers
