Location : Phoenix, AZ

Pay : $25.00 $40.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule : 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 6 : 00 a.m. 2 : 00 p.m. | Overtime & Saturdays as needed

Requirement : Due to the nature of our work, U.S. citizenship or valid Permanent Resident status is required.

What Youll Do

Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS software

Inspect parts and identify non-conformances based on engineering requirements

Verify results using mechanical inspection tools

Document inspection results and maintain quality records

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department

Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure accuracy and consistency

Uphold Precision Aerospaces commitment to excellence in every part produced

What Youll Bring

High School Diploma or GED

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card

Minimum 5 years of experience operating CMM and mechanical inspection equipment

Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

Skilled in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and do it right the first time mindset

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, and typing

Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.)
