Out Patient Family Practice

Bi lingual Spanish speaking is required

Well established provider of social services and community health services in Chicago is seeking a Family Practice physician for their clinic in Chicago. Very nice offices that are fully staffed with primary care, OB / Gyn, dentistry, psychiatry and Mid-level providers.

Flexible schedule :

4- 10 hr shifts or 5-8 hr shifts per day with ONLY  one 1 / 2 Saturday per month.

Reasonable patient volume.

7 calls per month after 5pm.

Very light, by phone only.
