Our walk-in centers provide essential healthcare services including treatment for injuries, illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care, all with a commitment to quality and safety.

Job Summary :

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our patients. This PRN (per diem) position involves working on an as-needed basis, providing essential clinical support in our busy healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Warmly greeting patients upon their arrival.
  • Keeping patients informed about wait times and guiding them through the treatment process.
  • Resolving patient inquiries and escalating urgent matters when necessary.
  • Conducting follow-up calls with a focus on patient care.
  • Supporting front desk operations during peak times.
  • Accurate documentation of patient vital signs, history, and other relevant details.
  • Assisting with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in alignment with company standards.

What We’re Looking For :

To excel in this role, you should possess :

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS Certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience is preferred.
  • A Medical Assistant Certificate is preferred.
