EMR : Cerner CommunityWorks

Overtime : Daily after 12 hours; weekly after 168 hours

Credentialing : 6090 days; expedited privileges available with a clean file

Onboarding : EMR training + orientation

Telehealth experience : Not required

Requirements :

Certification : BC / BE in EM / FM / IM with recent EM experience (no ABPS)

If not ABEM : ATLS, ACLS, PALS required

Licensure : Active LA license or IMLC; DEA with LA address; CDS

Docs for application : Active state license, CDS, DEA, CV, COI

Docs for credentialing : CME (past 2 yrs), case logs (past 2 yrs), education & training diplomas, SS card, drivers license, color photo, Flu / TB / COVID vaccines, Moderate Sedation

LA PCF compliance required
