Description : Dispatch and Customer Service Specialist

My Pest Pros, a fast-growing, family-owned pest control company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team in our Vienna, VA, office.

Note : this position is not remote or hybrid.

As one of the first points of contact for current and prospective clients, you’ll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for answering phone calls promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments using our software, explaining services and costs to clients, taking and processing payments, handling collections, keeping detailed notes on client accounts, and following up with clients after their service.

In addition to providing day-to-day support, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to company growth by helping clients choose the services that best fit their needs. Sales will be part of your role, but if you haven’t done it before, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know so you can confidently connect with clients and successfully close sales. And for every sale you make, you’ll earn a substantial commission as a reward for your efforts. Pretty cool, right?

Responsibilities at a glance

  • Answer phone calls and communicate with clients in a professional, friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and update client records in our system
  • Explain services, pricing and treatment options to clients
  • Process payments and assist with collections
  • Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction
  • Record detailed notes and updates in the CRM
  • Assist with sales calls and convert leads into paying customers
  • Collaborate with technicians and the leadership team to ensure smooth operations

    Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, empathetic and solutions-oriented approach
  • Comfortable using phones, computers and scheduling software
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support over the phone
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Sales experience a plus, but not required
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
