Quality Auditor
The Quality Auditor will work within ServiceNet's programs and be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits and reviews of ServiceNet programs, and making recommendations for improvements. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews of ServiceNet programs to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Evaluate documentation and program records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to program staff and leadership on audit findings and assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with program staff to identify and develop training and professional development opportunities related to quality assurance and program evaluation.
- Prepare and present reports on audit findings, including recommendations for improvement, to ServiceNet leadership and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties related to advancing our work to support the DBIS division or QRC Department.
Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience in non-profit residential programs.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to human services, including Medicaid, HIPAA, and state and federal licensing standards.MAP certification.Valid driver's license.Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or public health.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organization.Experience with data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.Benefits :
