VP, Growth
The VP, Growth will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Growth Officer, acting as a key driver of growth initiatives and a central liaison across executive leadership. This role combines high-level business development responsibilities with operational oversight, ensuring seamless execution of growth strategies, new business pursuits, and cross-functional collaboration.
You Will :
Oversee the team responsible for delivering annual revenue goals for new logo acquisition and organic growth.
Assess inbound opportunities using a structured scorecard and Growth team bandwidth analysis.
Lead the end-to-end process for high-profile pitches, including coordination with C-suite stakeholders, development of materials, financial modeling, onboarding, and transition planning.
Collaborate with dentsu Media business development teams (Carat, dentsuX, dentsu Group) and Merkle to identify and activate cross-selling opportunities.
Act as a proxy for the CGO in global and North America new business discussions, ensuring timely updates and alignment across leadership.
Partner with leadership and marketing to develop growth-driven strategies, including outbound campaigns and participation in major industry events (CES, ANA Master of Marketing, Cannes Lions, 4A's, etc.).
You Have :
The annual base salary range for this position is $113,000-$182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
