Hours to work : 4 - 10 hour days Monday-Thursday 8am-7pm preference but not required.
Contractor / 1099 or PPV / W-2 positions available :
1. Contractor / 1099 rates : $17 / 30 minute visit ($34 / hour) and shift differential 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday or all day Saturday / Sunday increases to $27 / 30 minute visit ($54 / hour)
2. Pay per visit / W-2 : Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours / week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30 / hours+ week.
