Network Project Manager

Tope is seeking a Network Project Manager to support the AF Strategic Program Information Services team in support of the Sentinel Information Services (IS) team. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities :

• Assist customers in the development of current and future program requirements
• Evaluate plans and criteria for technical activities and recommend alternatives as required to comply with customer and company obligations
• Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security
• Coach and mentor employees, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies
• Communicate with all levels of company leadership to drive projects to completion
• Communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience
• Manage risks and opportunities and ensure that best practices are followed
• Direct, integrate, manage, and track program and project activities
• Prepare program roadmaps, project execution plans and identify resources
• Identify technology opportunities and coordinate system and application strategies
• Review status of projects, manage schedules and prepare status reports
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals
• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers; communicate daily with internal and external customers related to assigned program areas

Position requires a current Security+ Certification , fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance and at least 8+ years’ experience with a MS degree; 10+ years’ experience with a BS degree; or 14 years’ experience with a HS diploma with :
