Description :

This role is for a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

The position involves providing therapy to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

The therapy programs cater to individuals recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life for the patients served.

Therapists will work in a supportive environment with a dedicated team.

Collaboration with other rehabilitation professionals is essential to ensure comprehensive care.

Therapists will utilize various advanced equipment to facilitate patient recovery.

The patient ratio is 8 patients per therapist, supplemented by 1-2 assistants and 1 rehabilitation tech.

Documentation of patient progress and care will be required.

Candidates must demonstrate effective time management skills.
