Role
We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient daily operations of our Engineering department. This role is integral in ensuring our property runs seamlessly behind the scenes — maintaining excellence through organization, communication, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting a team dedicated to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering team, including correspondence, filing, and purchase order creation.
- Assist with vendor communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate and track engineering work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
- Support scheduling, payroll processing, and time-off tracking for the department.
- Assist the Director of Engineering with project coordination and reporting.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure accurate handling of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other departments to support seamless property operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or engineering.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Flexibility to work in both indoor and occasional outdoor settings.Benefits
