The Role

The Structural Engineer will play a key role in the design and delivery of building projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities include :

  • Performing structural analysis and design for a variety of building types
  • Preparing construction documents and coordinating with other disciplines
  • Conducting site visits and inspections during construction
  • Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to ensure technical quality and client satisfaction
  • Participating in internal design reviews and mentoring junior staff as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in building design
  • EIT required; PE license or on track preferred
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, or Revit
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
