Job Summary (Purpose) : The Contract Manager (CM) reports to the Sr. Director of Commercial Sales and Retention (SDCSR) and is responsible for overseeing the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure the organization's interests are protected and compliance is maintained. The CM will oversee the contract process for commercial customers and support the Territory Sales Managers and the Territory Sales Representatives with contract edits. The CM will serve as the initial point of contact for contract redlines and will be the liaison with the legal team and sales leadership to ensure that contract changes meet legal and business requirements.
Key Characteristics : Established sales and contracting experience with effective leadership skills. Has a proven track record of organizational skills.

Education Required : Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or related field. Advanced certifications like Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) are preferred.

The pay for this position ranges from $102,000.00 to $125,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
