Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for an 8-week contract assignment with a home infusion pharmacy in Texas. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists with inpatient or infusion experience who are skilled in sterile compounding.

Position Details : Location : Texas

Type : 8-week contract

Environment : Home Infusion

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

Perform sterile compounding, including IV admixtures.

Verify and prepare infusion medications accurately and safely.

Support pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure timely patient care.

Requirements :

Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license.

Sterile compounding experience required.

IV certification required.

Prior inpatient or home infusion pharmacy experience.
