We specialize in staffing in the areas of Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Aerospace & Defense, Administrative-Accounting-Finance, Call Center Operations, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Skilled Trades and Logistics.

Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several Recruiter positions.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Post job listings on various job boards.
• Review applications and conduction initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications and experience.
• Build, manage and maintain our applicant tracking (ATS) database.
• Onboard new hires such as new hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc.
• Help candidates update their resumes.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Attend local job fairs, trade shows and professional networking events
• Perform various customer service-related activities
