We specialize in staffing in the areas of Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Aerospace & Defense, Administrative-Accounting-Finance, Call Center Operations, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Skilled Trades and Logistics.

Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several Recruiter positions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.

-Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

-Post job listings on various job boards.

-Review applications and conduction initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications and experience.

-Build, manage and maintain our applicant tracking (ATS) database.

-Onboard new hires such as new hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc.

-Help candidates update their resumes.

-Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments

-Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads

-Attend local job fairs, trade shows and professional networking events

-Perform various customer service-related activities

Requirements:

-Ability to pass a 7-year Background Check (Required)

Schedule:

(8:00AM – 5:00PM) Monday-Friday
