Role Overview
This full-time, in-person role offers a rare opportunity to create across print, digital, and on-site activations. From high-impact signage and marketing collateral to social campaigns and brand experiences. You’ll be an essential creative partner, collaborating with teams across pickleball, events, F&B, and retail to design assets that capture the energy and spirit of The Fort.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
- Design and produce a wide range of assets including : flyers, social tiles, signage, brochures, tickets, videos, reels
- Pitch decks and presentations
- Logos, icons, and branding elements
- Email graphics, digital ads, and social content
- Maintain brand consistency across all formats and channels
- Assist in the creation of marketing templates in Canva for team-wide use
Photo & Video Support
Capture or edit visual content for marketing campaigns, events, and social mediaSupport video projects including storyboarding, light editing, and formatting for web / socialAsset Management
Help maintain and organize The Fort’s digital asset library (DAM)Ensure all team members have access to the most up-to-date design templates, logos, and filesAssist in version control and proper file naming / organizationCross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, events, programming, F&B, and leadership to fulfill creative needsTranslate ideas and requests into compelling visuals that serve strategic goalsWhat We’re Looking For
2–4 years of graphic design experienceProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , Canva, Shopify Website and KeynoteStrong typography, layout, and branding skillsSome experience with photography and videography (even at a basic level)Detail-oriented with excellent file organization and version control habitsThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBonus Points
Motion graphics or video editing experience (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)Experience designing for hospitality, sports, or lifestyle brandsKnowledge of printing processes and signage productionThis is a full-time, in-person role based at The Fort in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
