Clinical Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Salary Range : $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing exceptional care to our tiniest patients. This position requires commitment to 3 x 12 hour shifts per week with a rotating schedule for weekends and holidays.

Your Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders with precision and administer medications.
• Start IVs, perform various procedures, and document all treatments according to established protocols.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and evaluate their responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care and emergencies.
• Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for each patient.
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold professional nursing standards.
