Salary :

CoreCard Corporation is looking for a Staff Accountant to work with multinational companies. This is a highly visible position reporting to a Senior Accountant to provide timely and accurate accounting support, maintain adequate internal controls, and ensure general ledger and financial reporting integrity.

Responsibilities :

• Manage core functions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor and customer set-up and maintenance, coding of invoices, and payment processing on a bi-monthly
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations and general ledger account analysis for parent company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare month-end close activities for parent and subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
• Prepare documents for external auditors and respond to their inquiries.
• Assist in documentation of policies, procedures, and monitoring of internal controls.
• Record fixed assets and dispositions in the accounting system.
• Assist with customer and vendor contract file maintenance and contract summary review.
• Prepare customer professional services agreements and associated billing, including notification to project managers when development efforts may commence.
• Assist CFO with contract administration support as needed.
• Assist in various special projects as needed for the CFO or other members management.
