Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT and BLS certifications, and Epic charting proficiency for a Level I teaching hospital assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a CT department within a Level I trauma, magnet-designated, teaching hospital
  • Day shift position with a 4x12-hour schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM on variable days
  • Requires two on-call shifts per month
  • Patient population includes trauma and acute care cases
  • No floating required outside of unit scope
  • Uses Epic EMR for charting
  • Solid color scrubs are permitted; light blue scrubs provided for the unit; OR provides additional scrubs as needed
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • RTO is not permitted during orientation week and should be kept to a minimum
  • Prior staff must have a 18-month separation before returning as a traveler
  • Allied clinicians will complete 2-3 hours of pre-start modules and Epic training during orientation
  • No local radius restriction; local candidates are accepted at the same rate
  • Parking is available for a daily fee with optional offsite parking and shuttle service
  • Scrub color is flexible, and scrubs are provided on the unit
  • Holiday and weekend shifts may be required per schedule rotation

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent CT technologist experience required
  • Current ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
  • Active WA Radiology Technician license required (license required if applicable)
  • Experience with Epic EMR required
  • Teaching hospital and trauma hospital experience preferred
  • COVID vaccination and booster required, no exceptions
  • Two professional references required, preferably at least one supervisory
