About Us :

  • We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team.

Position Overview :

  • As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress.
  • We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
  • Meet with clients remotely or through telehealth as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Ability to pass an FBI / DOJ clearance and background check.
  • Strong communication skills , both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

  • Competitive salary :

  • Full-time : $80,000 - $88,000 / year (based on experience and availability) Part-time :  $45 - 48 / hr.
  • Expected full-time hours :
