Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, financial analytics, management reports, and reconciliations during accounting close and reporting cycles

Analyze complex investment transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP, statutory, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to resolve accounting and reporting issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

5+ years of experience in public accounting, insurance, or finance, with a focus on mortgage loan reporting

Strong understanding of investment products and insurance industry standards (STAT and GAAP)

Experience with investment accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak periods
