Job Description :
- Provider must be interested in working in a rural community.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, and 6 APP's
- Lab and X-ray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
- Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
- Weekend Requirements : Call rotation 1 : 6
On Call Requirements : Call rotation 1 : 6
