    • What You Bring

  • A desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching for restaurant employees.
  • Ability to ensure restaurant condition and compliance with policies and health standards.
  • Focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
