Staging / Crating Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented shipping and receiving clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods in our warehouse setting.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving duties within the warehouse.

Manage warehouse inventory and ensure inventory control is maintained.

Assemble and prepare products for shipping as per blueprints and specifications.

Utilize hand tools and pallet jacks effectively for handling goods.

Perform data entry related to shipping and receiving activities.

Collaborate with the production line to ensure smooth operations.

Essential skills :

1-2 years of experience as a shipping and receiving clerk.

Proficiency in handling warehouse inventory and inventory control.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Experience with hand tools and pallet jacks.

Additional skills & qualifications :

Experience with assembly and production environments.

Familiarity with shipping / data entry processes.

Work environment :

You will work in a bustling warehouse environment with up to 150 colleagues. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed boots. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5 : 00 AM and ending at 1 : 30 PM, with rare Saturday shifts.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
