Preconstruction Manager – Residential & Multifamily

We're looking for a skilled Preconstruction Manager to lead budgeting, estimating, and planning for residential and multifamily construction projects. This role is critical to setting up successful project execution.

Responsibilities :

Create and manage project budgets and estimates

Review plans, specs, and scope for accuracy and value engineering

Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors

Prepare preconstruction schedules and presentations

Requirements :

5+ years in preconstruction or estimating (residential / multifamily)

Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
