Overview
As the ultimate Vineyard Vines Brand Ambassador, the Crew Lead supports the Store Team to drive top-line sales through personal sales, crew development, and community partnerships. When on the Sales Floor, the Crew Lead ensures the customer experience supports our brand promise that "Every Day Should Feel This Good."
