Help us in our mission to guide customers toward financial freedom as a Financial Planner. Chart your own career path while enabling clients to achieve meaningful financial outcomes. In this role, you'll engage with clients in Empower's Large to Mega plan segment, providing personalized financial guidance and employing effective strategies to support their goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Create comprehensive financial plans aimed at achieving measurable outcomes for participants.
Initiate proactive, needs-based discussions to uncover client goals and match them with Empower's products and services.
Educate clients on key topics including investment allocations, retirement income planning, and savings strategies.
Function as an Investment Adviser Representative, providing customized investment recommendations through Empower's managed account platform.
Utilize the CONSULT model to build trust and assist participants in making informed financial decisions.
Conduct outreach to manage client-directed transactions effectively.
Document client interactions accurately using Salesforce and internal systems.
Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing insights and success stories with colleagues.
Deliver outstanding ongoing service to clients, helping them both before and after retirement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA is preferred).
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is required.
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations are essential.
At least 3 years of experience in financial services or the 401(k) industry, including 2 years in financial planning.
Ability to analyze and communicate a client's overall financial situation, encompassing investment, insurance, tax, education, retirement, and estate planning.

Base Salary Range :
$85,600.00 - $120,925.00. The actual compensation may vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
