As an hourly tipped employee, the Baker will work closely with the bakery team and report to Supervisors and Management.

Baker Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Demonstrate flexibility in working around customer demand, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Embody the store's culture expectations while working in an inclusive, respectful, professional, exciting, and hard-working environment.
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments (including cash handling), and provide exceptional customer service.
• Properly execute recipes and follow preparation instructions.
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, etc.
• Decorate and display cookies according to brand standards.
• Pay attention to detail, especially during quality inspections of products.
• Clean and restock workstations, ensuring all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and meets food safety and brand standards.
• Follow instructions on executing tasks to meet food safety, company, and brand standards.
• Possess strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
• Manage time effectively and work efficiently according to business needs and Leadership direction.
