The Opportunity

This attorney will be based in our San Jose headquarters and will work on a broad range of revenue producing enterprise licensing and sales matters, involving Adobe’s cloud-based services, on-premise software, support programs, and professional services – areas that are significant to Adobe's success.

What You\'ll Do

• Help us grow a dynamic enterprise software business!
• 75-80% of this role will focus on negotiating contracts with customers buying Adobe's enterprise Digital Experience and Digital Media solutions. Additionally, provide legal counsel to Sales / Sales Management (and possibly other internal groups, such as the Product teams, Privacy / Security team, and Consulting Services teams) on a variety of licensing topics including cloud services terms, IP, commercial terms, data privacy, AI and more.
• Lead, co-lead or participate in a handful of team / group projects.

Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 - $230,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
