HiFyve is hiring a Parts Coordinator in the construction industry in Milwaukee, WI!
Salary : $22–$31 / hr
Shift : 1st
Location : On-site, Milwaukee, WI
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders, including expediting and follow-up to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and lead times in alignment with company policies
- Coordinate release and shipment of parts orders as required
- Read and interpret parts manuals, drawings, and technical materials
- Process customer credits and warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Source parts and manage vendor relationships to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory transactions
- Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and satisfaction
- Collaborate with service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned
