We are seeking passionate and unique Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW_C, LMSW) to join us at Ellie. Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, commission splits, paid time off, paid administrative time, paid CEU time, paid holidays, etc, etc). They also have the flexibility to set their own schedule, manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldCandidates should be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Maryland licenseRequired experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notesAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsResponsibilities include :
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyFor Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 28- 30 billable client visits per week (Part-time positions are also available with a minimum caseload of 18 billable hours per week)Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each sessionAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingSense of humor will undoubtedly help as well!Benefits include :
