Job Title : General Laborer

Job Description

Responsible for assembling wax injection dies, inspecting, and repairing wax patterns to ensure quality and accuracy. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the use of small hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble complex wax injection dies and runner systems using small hand tools.
• Inspect and repair wax patterns for defects, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Adjust wax press settings including pressure, flow, and hold time to meet production and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support first-run setups and troubleshoot equipment.
• Train new employees on wax press operations, setup techniques, and inspection procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
